The Ultimate Tournament headlines today's ShuffleUp Series schedule, kicking of at 6PM.

The R500,000 guarantee is expected to be comfortably surpassed, with organisers forecasting a prize pool of around R1 million.

The event has consistently attracted strong participation. At the previous ShuffleUp Series, the Ultimate Tournament drew 138 entries and produced a prize pool of R938,400, comfortably surpassing its guarantee. Sugen Singh was crowned champion following an ICM deal.

With multiple satellites having qualified players into this edition, organisers are expecting another significant turnout.

Players will receive a 200,000 starting stack for the R8,000 buy-in, creating plenty of room for post-flop play from the opening level. The deep structure is a key part of what has made the Ultimate Tournament one of the series' premier R8,000 events.
