R18k High Roller

A great start to the ShuffleUp’s return to Emerald Casino and Resort as the High Roller kicks off with a great vibe.

There’s an awesome vibe at the poker venue at Emerald Resort and Casino tonight as ShuffleUp brings poker back to the Vaal.

The Emerald poker series officially gets underway with the R18K High Roller, which has already attracted a stellar field of 21 players to the felt with late arrivals continuing to stream into the tournament area.

Players have started their campaign with a deep 150,000 starting stack, giving them plenty of room to manoeuvre.

Action commenced in level one with blinds at 500/1,000 and a 1,000 big blind ante, ensuring deep-stacked poker from the very first hand.

For those still planning their trip to Emerald, there is still ample opportunity to get involved. Late registration remains open until 12PM on Thursday, 10 September, meaning players can enter right up until the start of Day 2.

With a fantastic turnout on opening night and the cards now in the air, the stage is set for an incredible week of top poker.

Stay tuned to African Ace Poker for live updates, chip counts and all the major hands as they happen.
